It won't let me join or create a party.

Everytime my friends and I are on Xbox we join a party but I found out that my console won't let me join or create a party.

Unable to party or private chat

I am having the same problem right now where it won't even let me join party or accept invitations. whats more annoying it won't let me join games that my friends create. they cannot join games i create either. I believe it has to do with me updating because
it took me three times to download the update. even then the first two times kept displaying an error. i just want to play games online is that too much to ask?

I'm having the same problem my Xbox won't let me join or create a party plus my friends say it's invite only plz someone help me I've been waiting for 3 days

 

Hey Im Nebzei II! Do you receive an error message or code when you try to create party? Can you post your

detailed network statistics and NAT so we can take a look? Thanks!
