it wont let me download skype on my xbox one

i think it maybe cause xbox is haveing issues please fix this

skype won't sign

My xbox live account email is merged with my skype account.

the problem is that Skype disabled my account.

so when trying to use Skype on the xbox one its forcing me to use my xbox live account to sign in to skype.

which wont work as i have said the skype account is disabled.

and i see no option to crate another Skype account or change it to use another Skype account.

i have tried this as i am signed in as another person on the xbox and it lets me create or use another skype account.

Hey i need some help ive tryed to skype my friend and it keeps coming up saying call failed but i use to be able to skype him on my phone but now it wont let me skype him on anything and i can skype my other friends
