    If you have changed your user name before then it will cost you around £3.99 to change it again!

    you can always try doing it on the computer instead of the xbox altho first thing to check is that your account is verifyed

    Ive tried to changd my name and im willing to lay the money to change it but its coming up with “sorry, give it another try” and it has been fot the past 20 trys
    Is this a new account? If so, you may have to go to xbox.com and verify that it is your account. I had this issue when I had made a new account about a month ago. When it gave me the option to choose a name I picked
    one that I didn't like and tried to go back and change it, but it said sorry try again later... So I went with the name that I had initially picked and went in to the customization of my account and it let me pick a new one. I hope this helps you
