    did you enter the warpass code?

    the one with specializations skins etc

    if not you need to enter it and downloiad the infinity essentials actual kit

    then from the ingame halo4 menu you must select the xbox marketplace then it will bring up the correct download

    it will be 0 ms points

    what you probably did was download the incorrect marketplace download which put you on the trial rather then infinity actual

    if you try and change to a region you are not in

    you are only to have issues downloiading content including video and music and games
