It won't download on my Xbox even though I have enough space

I also have issues with the fan. I have an Xbox One X and the fan is very loud even though it has enough space around it.

You can only download games when you have enough space to download them, you can't partially download games if you don't have enough space. Not to worry though, as when you buy a game or additional content on Xbox Live - whether it be directly from the
store or with a redeemable code - the content is connected to your account. So, you can download it again any time you like free of charge. This applies to Xbox One and Xbox 360.

If you're downloading from the Store, you may need to clear free space as much as four times as much as the size of the game.

For instance, in order to download a 500MB game you may need as much as 2GB of free space on the device in order for the phone to allow the download to start. Typically you need two-to-three times as much space, but it can be up to four. You may just need
to keep clearing more space.

Spartan Assault is a little over 700MB, so you may need as much as 2.8GB in order to make the download happen.

I've cleaned out all I can and I'm not even close to that. Shame it won't use the SD card, there's stacks of room on there!

I've been having this issue for about a week now and it still won't install did soft and hard resets even reset the Xbox itself keeping my games and apps and it still persists even when they do actually try to install it says I don't have enough space this frustrated asf!!!!!!
