i already have gold and got it of the store for a free game and i have uninstalled it multiple times and i have also hard reseted

how can this be fixed?

Can't launch game acquired through 'Games with Gold'

The 2 games are Child of Light and The Escapists, it says " Make sure your subscription is active. Looks like you need to renew a membership such as EA Access or Xbox Live Gold, I have gold and EA has nothing to do with either game whatsoever so EA Access
shouldn't really be considered a possible issue as to why i can't play the games.... help please

Note: I've tried reinstalling multiple times it still doesn't work.

because you cancelled your subscription you can't play EA games that you downloaded from EA acces in order to play those games you need to buy or renew the EA acces subscription

I understand that, and as mentioned I cancelled EA Access. I am getting the message when I am playing GamePass games and Physical Discs. None of the games I am playing are licensed by EA, but I am get a notification that shuts down whatever game I am playing
to tell me to subscribe to EA Access to continue playing.

Edit: Also, I am currently subscribed to GamePass Ultimate until May.

tomb raider it's not in the ea access subscription, it's in the game pass. to play it you either need to buy it or renew game pass.

He would have bought FIFA 17 which is why he can play it without EA Access. He would either need to renew his Access subscription in order to play battlefront for free, or purchase Battlefront.
