My Xbox one will not let me play any games online. No matter what I do I can't connect to any online servers. I've even reset my Xbox, my NAT type is open. Is there anything I can do?

Anytime I try to play a game online it won't work.

I can connect to xbox live and download things perfectly fine, but the minute I try to play a game online it does the "Could not Connect to Servers" or "Servers Timed Out"

What error message are you getting when you try? If you run Test multiplayer connection in your network settings, what results do you get?

I just ran the Multiplayer test and it said there are no problems with your connection to multiplayer.

Which games have you tried, and what do they say when you try to connect?

Some general things to try are signing out of your account and then signing back in and if that doesn't help, try removing your account from your console and redownloading it.

I've tried Black ops 3, Battlefield Hardline, and GTA 5. When I try GTA it says it can't connect to the servers. When I try bo3 it keeps me on the connecting to online service and checking files thing forever. And when I try Hardline it says it can't connect
to EA servers right now.

I just removed my account and added it back then I went on bo3 and it was still trying to download my files forever. It only goes up to about 5% then resets.

The next thing I would try is a full network reboot. Open the guide on your console, go down to Settings, then Turn off console. When it fully shuts down, unplug the power cord from the back. Also unplug the power from your modem and router. Wait 5 minutes,
then plug in your modem. Let it fully boot, then plug in your router and let that fully boot. When it's all back up, plug in your console and turn it on and try again.

The xbox will load games but will not connect to online servers. Can't connect to any multi player online servers.

I cant connect to halo 5 servers, error to autorize this profile with halo 5 servers, can't connect to online modes, I have to change my router and open ports and I have the same issue, please help me :'(

Im online and i tried to play the campaign and it just kicks me out saying i have lost connection to the EA servers

Datapad is working perfectly fine for me, I can't connect to the game servers though as I'm at work right now!

The Galaxy at War servers can be "dodgy" at times, if it's not connecting now, it's likely just a blip and it will be back soon. My connection via Datapad is working fin enough, so should be back online.

If you are playing while connected to the online servers your game save can be saved on the cloud servers, if you are already connected online and its doing this issue try playing it offline and see if it repeats it.
