    It was refunded even know I didn't ask for it.


    I tried playing over watch today and it said that it was refunded or the pre-order was cancelled and that I had to buy it again. I checked my purchase history to make sure I actually bought it and it was there (it's a digital copy). I tried reinstalling
    it but when I unstalled it, it wouldn't let me reinstall that I actually had to buy the game again. I don't know what to do and i need help. Thank s for reading this.

    Purchased game says not purchased

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    I tried to do that but as I mentioned the refund is for my first month promotion ($10mxn) and now I have to pay the full price (arround $170mxn)... that is unfair, specially when I didnt ask for a refund to start woth.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel refunds, so I suggest getting the gamepass when the money gets refunded into your account!
