It Takes Two - eternal loading screen

So we just completed the section where you have to evade / fight the squirrels on the plane, we watch the cutscene where they crash onto the window ledge, then the loading screen, only it stays like that forever without loading the next bit, therefore we're unable to carry on with the game.

Are there any fixes for this?

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

The fix posted is the fix for the DLC black screen issue, from DLC4. not this. I too am having the same issues with loading, it will now take an eternity to load to the point sometimes it seems the Xbox has crashed. Have the game on Hard Drive and still
is slow to load from it too.

This worked on two of my worlds but not on my main world. When i click A, and try and sync it there is now 'syncing' bar or loading screen, it takes me instantly back to the play game screen. The other two worlds are now working though.

My Xbox one S shows a black screen and the two options are to restart or troubleshoot when I try to restart or reset the consul a load to 5% and then it takes me right back to that same screen with the two options can you help please

when i try to load modern warfare two it keeps taking me back to the home screen. How can I fix this
