It should have been called the 'PLAY ZERO EDITION'!

I took advantage of the great offer to upgrade from 360 to xbox one digital download because it would give other members of my family the chance to play on release day. However, it doesn't actually work!!!!! the season pass has transferred no problems but
it's of little use because the game has not transferred over. I been in touch with support three times, but nobody at support knew anything about the offer & told me the best thing to do is wait. Well I've wasted a day, waiting!!!!!!!!

I feel like I've been suckered into paying a premium to buy the 'PLAY ZERO EDITION' because that's all I can do until it's fixed!!!!!!

PLEASE sort it out Microsoft!!!!!

360 Digital Download is not Day Zero?

I bought the Digital 360 version last night at 2 a.m., but it doesn't say it's the Day Zero Edition. I also cannot get my free Xbox one edition yet. I would like to know why I don't have a Day Zero Edition when it was bought on Day Zero. does this mean
my free Xbox one upgrade won't be Day Zero edition?

 

same exact issue bro, here's to hoping they'll address their mistakes (not informing us we have to wait an additional day, for one)

 

So it looks like the early 'Play Zero Edition' has now evolved into the 'Play None Edition!'

It's now the 'official' release day & Still no download link on xbox one!

Nobody from support is providing any answers, we're working on it or apologies!!

This promotion has turned into a very bad joke!!!

 

We are all in agreement OP. I feel your anger and most of all, frustration at Microsoft!!!!!

 

I ordered last night on my sons account on 360 so he could play with friends on there today if he wanted. I also wanted to download on the One so he and I could play it on there. And to give that a try. No luck. Was actually going to go ahead and get
the season pass. Maybe not now. I have a physical One copy coming (it was delayed) and I may just return it anyway. Going to check the lag on the One version when we can download before I open it. The game was way laggy for me and my son says he has had
some issues as well.

 

So Microsoft, what's happening then? Loads of us have bought the 360 digital version and there's no ability to get the XO versions as it is advertised that we will. Please give us an update

i contacted xbox live on the phone they said the game isnt availbe because activison are working on a patch for the ame for people who had problems with the xbox oneversion downloading slowly.
