    I though Microsoft learned from this post I made....But I was wrong they HAVE LEARNED NOTHING!

    And I got a disappointing BS excuse of why it isn't resolved yet.

    Why, may I ask, why its so hard to learn from your competitors.

    Really to be honest is just why, why really,

    If you do this, then you may get more active users again.

    Keep in mind of the
    Xbox forums guidelines
    with creating duplicate posts. These are being locked as there have been tons of these posts.

    Thanks for bring the discussion to the forums. Xbox Live is one of the most reliable gaming networks available and in order to achieve that you have to pay for servers and engineers who optimize them/keep them running.
    With free games with gold you earn that money back and then some due to able to get up to 40 free games a year.

    Microsoft Rewards are a great way to earn Xbox Live Gold and other things without having to spend money by using Bing and other little tasks:

    For example when any game purchased you earn 4-6000 points, searching on Bing can earn 500 a day. A 25$ USD digital gift card is 25,000 points. Also, promotions are run frequently where they reduce the points needed for rewards. They also have
    subscriptions you can get with the reward points.

    Will the Xbox One have problems?

    I don't think there'll be many issues at all, certainly nothing RROD level. Microsoft has learned and it seems they built this system for reliability where the hardware is concerned

    The Ironic thing is, there are more then enough people who can say the same of Microsoft over the last 6 years for them to move to Sony and PS4. For me, its Sony who seems to have learned from their mistakes both in hardware choices and in services provided.
    They have listened to their community and what developers needed from them and have turned their business model around to show this

    I'm glad they are doing this and honestly expected nothing less. Microsoft seems to have learned since the launch of the Xbox one and if they continue to listen to customers the Xbox series X could be they're best selling console ever.

    Seems like all companies make the users ask questions in the community forums and rely on other users to provide the answers instead of having Microsoft product support provide the answers.
