It seems that I can recive messages but friends can't see mine

This problem has been going on for about 4 days now.

When I send messages to my friends (or anyone) on the app, I can see that the messages have been "sent", no error message or anything. But said friends do not get the message because it isnt appearing for them which means they havent recived the message,
despite the app on my end appearing like the message has been sent. I can receive their messages to me, but it appears like my messages are being sent but are not being actually sent because friends arent getting them. I havent been blocked by any of them.

Yes, I've uninstailed and reinstailed the app.

I've restarted my console (I use the Xbox App and a 360 console. It works with the 360 quite well until four days ago when this happened)

Done a power cycle

Cleared app and console cache

I'm not banned or been suspended (I've gone on my gt 3 hours ago, no problems)

My connection is fine. NAT is open.

I know that there is a 24 communication ban where if you exceed the daily messaging limit, you cannot message for 24 hours to prevent spam. I'm pretty sure this temporary ban doesn't go on for 4 days.

Smartglass isnt working ether. Keeps giving me the "cant connect to service" error for about the same amount of time.. even when I used my android tablet. Says the same thing. Yes I've enabled it on my xbox and I did try it with my gt connected on the console
as well. Still the same thing. It used to work quite well on the android device.

Please help me fix this as the app was working perfectly until Thursday last week. I like the app, but this is getting annoying. Any help is appreciated

Friend request from xbox1

Hi, Im on xbox 360. How do I except a friend request or add a friend if they are on xbox 1? They say I am on their list but I can't find them on mine. Or I can't see anyway to add them. I can see a friend message but I can't add them.
