it seems like microsoft account does not have the game

Where did you purchase Minecraft from? Are you sure that you have not purchased the console version accidentally?

This game does not have its own login system, nor does it link the game's ''account'' with your Microsoft account. IT SEEMS to just create a local profile where the progress should be saved, knowing where it is and how to recover is the game developer's duty, in this case, Gamesoft. This game is not linked to Xbox/Microsoft account.

As I have stated and it seems like it's falling on deaf ears. Your online form says if you have a authenticator on the account, the form does not work. What does work? What is the work around to get into my account as you know I am frustrated. I'm asking for someone to call me. I was told by Microsoft support that this was going to be escalated but have heard nothing. Why does it seem like you don't want to directly help your customers out? This is not good customer service.

Seems like it's a software problem on Microsoft's side, but it does not seem like they are getting on it at all.
