    It says that my account does not have gold but i did buy 3 months of gold days ago


    I was having troubles with one game then i disconnected my xbox from the internet then when i reconnected my xbox, i couldnt play online neither join partys couse my xbox was saying that i didnt had gold and that i need to buy but
    on my subscriptions says that i do have gold and it expires on December, i have tried everything but it keeps saying that i dont have gold even on my pc and i dont now what to do, please help

    X Box Live Gold not recognized

    Just purchased X box live gold and set up account using the computer- 2 days ago. Went to use it and it does not recognize my gold account. It says that I am at free one month subscriber. I am logged in with the same username and password, but will not
    allow me to do gold access. Checked on my computer and it says that I have gold membership, but on xbox does not show that. Any ideas?

    I brought Gold 2 days ago with a 3 month card and it says that i dont have gold

    okay, so 2 days ago i succesfully redeemed Gold for 3 months but a day later it kicked me out of a party and then said i dont have gold and need to buy it. My subscriptions say that i do have gold and that it should run out in November 2017 not 2 days later.
    So, all my games, the party system etc. Say i do not have gold, but my console in settings> Subscriptions says i do. My xbox tells me to go buy it when i have it.

    I do not have any error code or nothing.

    I have the same issue.. I bought 12 months of xbox live gold 2 months ago.. and I canceled my 1 month free trial of xbox ultimate.. when I did that it cancelled my xbox live gold, I should have 10 months of gold left over.. your saying they just steal
    my money and theres no way to just continue on gold I should have unless I buy it all over again?

    i did have cloud enabled when i had gold about 3 months ago. It stops being used when gold account runs out. I only started playing Portal 2 a week ago, and Max Payne 3 today.

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Gone AWOL

    I have got this problem too. I bought 12months of gold when i got my xbox one 2 months ago. I played titanfall yesterday and it worked fine, now this morning apparently I need to got gold to play this game, or any others.

    I have tried to purchase gold again but it does not let me purchase it, saying my payment method is on too many accounts and needs to be removed from the other accounts before being able to be used on this one... I used it a week ago to buy titanfall!?!?!?

    Whats going on microsoft, each day this isnt fixed I am losing out
