I was trying to sign in to my other Microsoft account, and it says it doesn't exist and it tells me to get a new one. Upon clicking, it says that it is already being used with another Microsoft account, and when I sign back in, it tells me that it doesn't exist.

Could you please check your Gmail inbox, spam or junk folder if you've received an email stating about the removal of your Gmail from the Microsoft account? Possible that it was removed from the Microsoft account. You may instead wait and try it again at a later time if you want to create a new Microsoft account using your Gmail address.

When was the last time you had access to it?

It’s possible that it’s not yet completely removed from the system. You may wait and try it again at a later time. Or you simply use your current a Microsoft account and go to https://account.microsoft.com > Your info > Edit account info > add your gmail address there.

That’s odd. Have you used that gmail address on a Microsoft account before or this will be your first time to try to sign it up for a Microsoft account?

It is an @gmail.com domain, a 3rd party domain. It works fine when accessing via Google, but not through Microsoft.
