    I am having issues with the game, halo 5.

    I can't update the latest patch (the reqs and big team slayer)

    It is potentially because I have the latest dashboard, but when my friend sent me the invite to the preview program i never received it but when i speak to customer support it says i am apart of the preview program but i do not have utilities such as a
    the preview program app

    hoping for someone to get back to me as soon as possible

    I used to be in the preview program on the 360, but now that I'm on the One I don't seem to be apart of it anymore. I've had people that are in it send me invites, but I never get any messages from Xbox to join.

    Sorry the links aren't working for you. I would sit tight and see if a mod replies to this thread. They've been working really hard at getting people forum access, but due to the very large amount of posts it's taking them a bit.
