    it wont let me play because its supposely off gold memb...but sometimes it let pley games normal and wont accept my payment

    gold account not working

    just got a gold membership of on my computer and it says on the Xbox the member ship is still silver, but when i go in to manage account under ur membership its there but it wont let me play on any game online wat up with that ????

    I know this will sound quite stupid but just try switching your router off and back on.

    I have this trouble sometimes and its normally my router playing up.

    Thank you for replying yes at first i thought this was a normal thing but then i figured out that its something wrong i mean my xbox is only 2 weeks old out the box

    What irritates me is the fact that i dont mind the noise but not knowing whether it is a problem or not bugs me out and from what i researched some are saying its normal some are saying its not normal which is frustrating

    I put my 25 digit code and it continues to say error. I went on the website but then it put me here.

    i got the same problem, it doesn't say whats wrong, it doesn't say what happened it only says, try again later.

    to be honest its pissing me off
