It says my game clips are recording, but when i check they aren’t there

Recently, ive been trying to record game clips. It worked in the past, but now the notification pops up that i recorded it, and then i check in about 15 mins to see if it uploaded and its not even there! This is especially frustrating after i get a good
kill streak in COD or other games. I dont understand why this us happening because i only have about 15 game clips, i have lots of xbox storage left, and im not recording long clips. Does anyone know how to fix this???

Solution 1: Power cycle your console Power cycling your console may clear up the issue. If it doesn't, try the next solution.  

Solution 2: Make sure capturing is enabled To make sure game captures are enabled on your Xbox One console: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Preferences. Under Capture & share, make sure that Allow game captures is checked.

Solution 3: Use both of the previous solutions The following procedure has also been known to resolve the issue: Follow the steps in Solution 2 but uncheck Allow game captures. Power cycle your console. Follow the steps in Solution 2 and check Allow game
captures.

Tried it again, didnt work

Already tried all the above, and my clips still arent showing up. Maybe its an issue with my console? Gonna try to power cycle again to see if that does anything

Yeah, so when I turned off the Game DVR option in the Settings, it would not record when I say "Xbox Record That", nor when I tried to manually us "Snap Game DVR". When doing Record That, the little message popped up telling me that it heard my prompt,
however, it never came back saying that it ended the clip. Later that night, I found out that it had not recorded anything. When I did Snap Game DVR, it gave me an error when trying to get it to record. Can't remember if it was when I told it to "End Clip
Now", or when I went to select the timeframe to go back to.

I REALLY hope there is a way to disable the auto record, because it is extremely annoying, and cluttering. I only want my friend to be able to see my intentionally recorded and uploaded clips, NOT every time I level of get a dogtag payback in Battlefield

I played all day yesterday, and racked up 70+ Auto clips from playing BF4 and Ryse. I didn't use any of those, yet still had to sift through the 100+ clips to find the ones I personally recorded and wanted to edit. At the very least there should be filters
to where we can sort between "Record That" clips, Auto record Clips, and Saved/Edited Clips.
