    I talked to a Xbox Support Member about this and they told me to post in this forum. Whenever I try to make purchases or redeem a code, it says that my account is locked. My gamertag is . Could you fix this, please?

    Dragon's Dogma : Dark Arisen download failed at 80%

    From play asia web site, it says Dragon's Dogma is Region Locked. Though here, when I had a Brazillian account, and tried to download a locked game, it says it didn't match my region. So I discard the region being an issue for this problem.

    How can I recover my account?

    It’s not that there is someone in my account, the hacker used a script to lock my account, he showed me it, then the next day it’s locked and I can’t get in because it says i have 2fa on.
