    Hey there Da Biz! The account "age" you are referring to is actually called account tenure. Tenure is gained by having a concurrent Gold membership. The numbers you are seeing means your friends has had 5 years of continued Gold membership while you only
    have had 3 years it seems. Anytime you revert to silver membership, even for a day, your tenure will not grow. Achievements in this case don't matter, it is strictly time as a gold membership It says my account info is wrong but it is not :). Hope this helps!

    My account is says it younger than it is

    I made my account back in august of 2007. I have had a friend since then whos account says he has a 5 year old account but mine says 3. how did that happen? how do i get it fixed. I will repeat; i have a 5 year old account but it says i have a 3 year old
    account. i even have achievements from 2007 to back that up. i have gotten achievements for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and even 2013. yet it says that my account is 3 years old

    We deposit currency based off your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account region is set to Great Britain, these deposits are attempted in GBP. However, since you have been spending in multiple different currencies, the deposits have been failing
    since we cannot deposit one regional currency into a different regional currency. Your last deposit failed when we attempted to deposit GBP into a CHF (Swiss Franc) billable account. In order to ensure a proper deposit, you will have to spend in your Rewards
    Account region to ensure that the regions are matching.

    This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.

    When my best friend send his debit card info ( we share one debit card ), i tried to enter the info on my account and it declines, saying the numbers and the name is wrong (that isn't).

    I did this and yes it worked but it deleted a profile I had on it with all my accomplishments for my GTA, Minecraft ect. games , it still shows the data in my storage under unknown profile how do I get that back on my new profile??

    Hi WS, looks like a glitch with your profile. Im sure it's easily fixed. I have seen this come up before on the forums and the suggested answer always follows this format

    Delete your profile (and any others on your console)

    Clear the system cache 3 times (yeah 3 seems to be the lucky number)

    Download your profile to the console

    To delete and download profiles use the guide via this link -
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    *You should choose Delete Profile Only, the other option is a full delete and you want to avoid this.

    To clear the system cache to the following

    1.Press the Guide button on your controller.

    2.Go to settings and select System Settings.

    3.Select Storage or Memory.

    4.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    5.Select Clear System Cache.

    6.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    It doesnt say anywhere that a reboot is effective after this but it wouldnt do any harm so its up to you

    Give it a go, let us know how you get on. If this works for you please accept this as the answer so that anyone else who has same problem can easily find the answer in the support forums.

    Hi there,

    -if the clearing of the cache doesn't work try the following steps.

    -

    1. Check
    account.live.com/.../manage
    to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache


    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) enter the security verification afterwards and alls should be fine again.
