    i'm not getting my rewards,, that mission alone to buy an xbox one s ,from the 18/10/2016 is done in fact I bought one on the 14/10/2016 which don't count.....and one on the 25/11/2016 which does?

    I have spent a small fortune this year and since registering for rewards,

    can you have a look at my a/c spend and sort the points out, and maybe any rewards I should of got,

    I've spent £893.25 since October this year alone

    Star Rank Isn't Properly Reflecting Last Year's Purchases

    Hi.

    So I spent $600 since Sept. 2015, but my star rank is only 1 on my Xbox Live Rewards page.

    my rewards are wrong, says ive spent £157 since 01.08.2015? ,I spent £893.25 just from 14.10.2016

    Hi Absolute Shower. Smwutches is correct. Your total eligible spend is £157.47. The rest was consumables which are not eligible for MyVIP.
