It says it signed me in but the Screen stays black.

Every Troubleshooting tip does not work.

Half the time I turn it on I get the green screen than black.

It sometimes right away signs me in and black. It turns on the narrator and scares me with the black.

It doesn't pick up my voice on the kinect. My capture card if picking up just black. All the hdmi cables are in check.

If it signed me in then its updated. Just a black screen. There is a blue outline that borders the screen sometimes, I don't know if that is the tv because its coming up on the recording aswell.

No video at all

I setup Live TV and get the message to wait 12 seconds but my screen stays black.

It says that my satellite is detected.

No image or sound.

Signed in but it says im not

I sign in to xbox live account so I can play daily challenges, however when I click on it, it says I have to sign in but I already am. I confused & how can i get signed in on solitaire so i can play challenges? Thanks

Also when the Green screen ends it yells turning on Narrator and window. I have no control over this.

Hey there GR1M RACER!

Since this started, have you tried a full power cycle on your console? To power cycle your console, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Once it's off trying starting it back up to see if you still get a black screen.

Your network connection may also be causing trouble. If you're connected wired, try disconnecting and booting up without a network connection,

In the same boat as the above poster. Tried all methods as latest update black screened my Xbox one (original). What is going to be done or what to do in this event? Says I need to sign in from guide but screen stays black after Xbox start up screen. Only can pull up turn off restart options.

when i try to sign in on the xbox app it just turns black, stays like that for while then anothe window appears and disappears 3 times saying "please wait" and then it just goes back to the main screen. When i tried launching forza horizon 4 it just says " you may not proceed without being signed in to a profile".

I will power on my Xbox One and it will stay on the green loading screen for 4-5 minutes. Then the screen goes black and sometimes gives me a sign in error or it will say "Home" took too long to start. What's happening? I can't access the sidebar or anything.
Its frozen. I've did a hard reset multiple times and even left it unplugged overnight. Nothing seems to work.
