    It says I'm not allowed to play online, but I'm not banned.


    So about two weeks ago I got a two week ban. After I served my two week suspension I got back on my xbox and when I tried to play online it still gave me the message "you cannot do this because of your past behavior".

  3. Console still says I'm banned But I'm not.

    Recently, I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, 10 minutes after I was "unbanned", I joined my friend's party, but it said "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people, I also tried to send a message to my friend and it still says "Because of your
    past behavior, you cant send messages" even after my temporary ban was over. All 4 accounts on the Xbox are also saying the same thing, even though only one was banned. When I sign the Xbox Smartglass app on my computer, it also says that I'm still banned
    on my account, but my little brother can use the Smartglass app just fine on his account, but not on the console. In my enforcement history, it says my last suspension given was on June 8th at 2:41 P.M and ended on the 22nd at 6:41 P.M. and shows that my suspension
    is over, but the Xbox says I'm still banned. I've so far have made no progress in figuring out what's wrong. I received a Communication ban on June 7th, and at 6:41 P.M, I also received a Harassment ban on June 8th. This morning, I called Xbox Support and
    they hung up right in the middle of when I was talking too. I'm about to just give up since no one is even attempting to help me out.

    Let's isolate your concern by gathering the following information:

    1. Is this issue happening with other non-Call of Duty games?

    2. Is this issue happening with other Xbox Profiles?

    3. May we have the exact error message prompted?

    Make sure to check the status of Xbox Live and Activision for any service alerts. To proceed, check out the following links:

    If the ban was issued by the enforcement team, you'll need to go to enforcement.xbox.com for more details. If you were banned through EA, you'll need to visit their support pages.

    is the only way to appeal a ban/suspension.

    The questions are there to make sure you understand the code of conduct which you agreed to follow when you started your account.

    Any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is carried out.In fact,anyone who abuses the reporting system risks a suspension themselves.
