    It says I need to update my account...


    My point have been pending for almost a year and I gave up hope of them ever actually being redeemed. But i thought I'd give it another try and when i signed in it said that i need to update my billing info in order to deposit my point, this got me really
    excited because I loved the rewards system before it broke on me. So I clicked on the link and I updated my billing info. When i went back to the reward site it still said the same thing, If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

    I have not been able to deposit my rewards since February. It says I need to update my account, but that didn't help.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
    this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Regarding your purchases, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as specified in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    Your purchases awarded a punch each for the Games on Demand punchcard that ran from January to March. However, since that offer requires three punches to complete, you did not complete that offer.

    What is occurring on your account is a issue with your user information that is affecting a subset of our users. Specifically, what is happening is that our deposit process goes merrily along, gets all your Credits, and goes to the database containing your
    Microsoft Account information for the actual deposit into your account as currency.

    What normally happens is that our deposit process asks the database which account you would like this money placed into. The database responds with a specific account, our process goes over to that account, dumps the Credits in, and the deposit
    is completed.

    What is currently happening on your account is our deposit process asks the database where you would like your deposit to be placed, and the database does not respond with any answer. Since our deposit process cannot access these accounts to determine
    what they are, it relies on the database for directions. When our process does not receive these directions, it aborts the deposit, rather than place your Credits into a random account.

    Unfortunately, since this is an issue with how a database operates, we must rely on the team responsible for managing those databases to provide a solution for this issue. At the current time, we have not yet received an estimate on when we can expect this

    Since you registered and created a US Rewards Account, we cannot deposit USD into your Czech Microsoft Account. Since the Czech Republic is not a Rewards program member, the only way to resolve this issue is to adjust your Microsoft Account region to match
    your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency
    to be deposited.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
