It says I have to pay after redownloading games already bought on my old Xbox

Which game are you talking about? Some games have separate versions for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

yes but not with the new account only with my old account, but when i check on my new account to redownload the games it says to pay but on my main it allows to download because already paid for.

I'm not paying 1600MSP not re-download it when I spent 1200 on it. My guess is it's the marketplace *** up yet again on me. I say yet again because out of the 45 arcade games I bought after transfering Xboxs, around 20 of them are actual games, the rest
have reverted back to "trial ganmes", and i'm not paying around 8,000MSP to redownload them all just to play them.

they are greedy as hell too, i have no rights to the games i bought. i switched consoles to get away from the old jet-engine sounding xbox to a new one, and since the account i bought my games and dlc on was banned i cant play them. i payed for them with
my own money and now i have to pay ms again to play the *** i already bought before.

It's been saying this since my credit card and checking account changed and the Store hasn't been able to charge the old ones. I don't want to pay the Store anymore or update the game anymore, just play the old game that I already bought. But it is not letting me do that.
