It says I have to buy modern warfare again

Ive been playing modern warfare fine on the xbox one, but when i got the series x and put the disc in, it says i have to buy standard edition to be able to play, even though i have all the data packs and muliplayer packs installed, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, and also clearing the mac adress many times, with no results. Ive checked for updates, and there is none, if anyone knows a fix to this or have ran into the same issue please reply to this. Thank you.

Hello, is it telling you to purchase the version for the series X/S. Its a diff version for those consoles.

Hey! It is me again. Sorry for this long wait. Game is still bugged. I re downloaded it and it was in polish . But it was saying that i need to buy modern warfare (I downloaded all files from microsoft store [campaign 1, campagin 2 and all others]) I took disc out and put it back and It was saying that I need to update the game. After waiting such a long time i something weird happened. There was two modern warfare icons. Now one was saying in english and second the same, and there was "buy modern warfare ". Do you know why that is happening?

I as well didn't have this problem until modern warfare. It changes my nat and says it doesn't detect the nat. i have to restart my console and then it opens back up. As soon as i load up modern warfare it happens again.

Please check your order history to see if the item is still on the list and was purchased on the account you are using!

If it is there, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

If it is not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support
