it says I got console banned on October 6th of 2016 but I'm still playing on it

I did not receive the BTTE pack, pre ordered on September 28th 2016 & downloaded ultimate edition from xobox live store

The in game store shows "you already own the season pass"

Started playing October 6th 2016 about 9:15 PM Pacific Standard time

I'm having a similar problem with Mahjong, too. I've completed all of this month's daily challenges to date, but I'm only showing credit for completing the challenges from October 1 to October 6, and the current date. When I played the challenges yesterday,
I got the credit for the win, initially. However, when I went to play today's challenge, I'd lost the credit for yesterday's win, as well as for the other dates after the 6th.

I was told i was getting unbanned on july 6th 2016 it was a one month ban and i talked to xbox they said to talk on forms and they told me it was a mistake that i was banned and i need to ask around

I've been going through the same thing. Sent in my console late October, got an email saying the system was shipped Nov 6th and after lies/excuses from xbox support, my system will be here late next week. Almost a full month later
