It say my friends all of my friend's are offline when they are not.

You may want to sign out of the console and sign your account back in to "sync" up again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, there may be some sort of network connectivity issue that may be causing these discrepancies.

I would recommend that you test your multiplayer connection, and see what sort of results you are receiving.

This can be done by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

If you do receiving an error, I would recommend taking a look at the
Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution wizard and see if any of the scenarios fit you.

Give this a shot and let us know your results!

This actually happend to me the other day. I just signed out and signed back in and it solved the issue for me.

That's actually not an issue. Your friends are all most likely appearing "offline," you can set how you want to appear online and there are few options. Online, Offline, and Do Not Disturb. You should ask them what their appearing online settings are.
At least, that's what it sounds like the problem is. A lot of people choose to appear offline, its a natural thing.
