    When trying to change to custom gamerpic, "For custom images, you need to be older."

    You need to be 18 years or older to use custom gamerpics.

    As you've said you are both 17 then this feature wont be available to you.

    I'm older then 18 and I'm trying to access the Xbox insider hub program but it says I need to be 18 and im older then that and my account is an adult account what do I do cause I've tried everything and still won't let me use it cause it says I need to be
    18 please help!

    I'm not disagreeing you with there, but I said that the account was the age of 15 (which is older than 13 like you suggested but under 18) and he was unable to play Battlefield 3 on that account. He was only able to play once he made an account with a DOB
    of 18 or older. I don't quite know why, but that's what I was going off of.
