It keeps saying Billing needs update when all is true

Hi, I am part of the xbox live rewards program, and it keeps asking me to change billing to make a deposit but all is true! I can buy on my Xbox one, just these rewards won't convert Please help/fix!

I can't request a deposit because a message on MyRewards page keeps saying that my billing information is not correct but that's not true. Need help thanks

 

Rewards points not depositing into my microsoft account.

I have had over 5000 points for 3 months now and it keeps saying my billing info needs updating when my billing info is current. I posted on the forums once and all of those posts are gone. Please give me my credit for my points. Thanks

 

Hey Phantom. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working
on a resolution. Once we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience.
