It keeps saying Billing needs update when all is true

WHEN THE GAME STARTS ITS STATES THAT A UPDATE IS NEEDED AND A RESTART. THE NEXT MESSAGE SAYS UPDATED COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. BUT WHEN YOU START THE GAME AGAIN ITS KEEPS SAYING UPDATED NEEDED AND RESTART. THIS KEEPS HAPPEINING AND THE GAME NEVER STARTS .

even when it is true, I would say if the game is better tested, then there need to be less updates. in the end they could end up with one big update and thats it.
