It keeps kicking me out of xbox live

    It keeps kicking me out of xbox live


    I'm in the middle of a game and it kicks me out of xbox live and I can't play with features to xbox live. How do you fix this?

    Mister Cizl thank you. I can't seem to connect to that link. Do you have a different link. I found a link that had different steps of the connections I did them all the way to changing the ip in the router. Thinking it might be that but not sure how to go
    about it.

    Contact your ISP and ask if your connection can be upgraded to IPV6

  5. Could be a number of things that cause this. Poor WiFi connection and/or interference, a bad Ethernet cable, faulty router, hardware issue in the console, other devices hogging the bandwidth, bad line from your service provider.

    First thing to try would be rebooting both your console and router, and disconnecting all other devices that are connected to your router, and if you are connected via Ethernet then try replacing the cable. If none of that helps, contact your service provider
    and ask them to run a check on the line.

    When resetting your router and console, it's also a good idea to disconnect them from the power source for 30 seconds or so too.

    Failing those, you could try to factory reset your console. The last option after that would be to send your console in for repair.

    Contacting your ISP and asking if they can update you to IPv6 may also help, though 80% of the world still runs on IPv4 and they generally don't have these issues. But then again, anything is worth a shot.
