    It keeps kicking me offline how do I fix or are you trying to fix


    It keep telling me that "a problem occurred while signing in." Please try again. And I do that but it keep kicking me off ever 10 to 15 minutes please help my gamertag is it has been doing this for 2 days know. And my email is

    Xbox keeps kicking me offline and giving me this error code whenever I try to see my network settings. Someone please help. Internet has been really bad for a week now and I am pretty sure this error has something to do with it. Xbox is my ONLY outlet,
    please help me fix it.
