    It keeps glitch out when i try to access my second account


    Ever time I try to open the Xbox side bar to change to my second account it should pop up saying to put my password in but instead the screen goes dark and goes back to the side bar to select an account. Anybody got the solution?

    im having a pronlem with the rewards on forzamotorsport.net it keeps on telling me that THERE WAS A PROBLEM RETRIEVING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION FROM XBOX LIVE. PLEASE SIGN OUT AND TRY AGAIN. MAKE SURE TO GIVE FORZA MOTORSPORT PERMISSION TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
    INFORMATION. when i allowed the website to access my account info like 5 times and it still keeps on saying this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    My Xbox 360 keeps signing me out while Online.

    I have been having a problem with my account on my Xbox 360. While I'm signed in to Xbox Live it keeps signing me out when I load up a game, try to access apps, or customise my avatar. Any suggestions

    Maybe delete the second account and re-download it? Or... just wait for Xbox Live to work properly? Sometimes "$#@! happens!" as they say. Yesterday for a while some of my purchased content (movies) didn't work properly but today they work fine.

    Hey Resist. Like I said, whenever you get the "Oops" error, that's the website telling you there is something funky going on with your account, and you will need to contact phone support.
