Hello there,If the error still occur try the following steps:

•Unplug your Xbox for about 5 minutes

•Restart your Network on your Xbox

•Test your connection

•Try to download it again

If the error still occurred try to contact Xbox support

Getting 0x80240013 "download stopped" as soon as I try to download the Blu-Ray app. This is my first gaming console and one of the main reasons for buying was due to it being able to play DVDs. Well, since the **** at Microsoft didn't put the app on the
console out of the box and the **** can't seem to keep the app download working, I have an expensive paperweight that I would like to shove up someone's ass!!! Not impressed.
