Xbox one freeze

Hi my xbox one is freeze every time I download a game or app or update and force me to reset to factory defaults. It repeat every time I try do any download. It take several trial until succeed to reset. Is this a hard ware problem (motherboard, hard
disc.......) please help

Microsoft Jigsaw crash

Every time I try to get off a collection, the game
crashes. I uninstalled and installed
several times, the Apps troubleshooter not find
any fault, I checked several times
that the time zone and date are correct, I have
reset several times the cache
of the store, uninstalling the game
before making and installing it later. I have
bought many collections, which have disappeared from the
game, are available for download, but
will not let me do it. I have Windows 10
Pro completely updated, and the latest
graphics card drivers. What I can do ?

Obsessive Power

Your hard drive cache is full, which is why your updates are not being saved. You need to clear the cache. After you do this you need to update your game again, but it should only be
once. This may come up again, if it does just clear the cache again.

Some new games are downloading updates to the main user part of the hard drive, solving this problem. Older games still use the cache for updates, it can get full.

thanks for the advice. i did update a lot of stuff but now i cant even sign in. every time i press sign in, a small xbox window opens and closes multiple times. any other suggestions? ill take anything
