Please, try following these steps:

Enter this site: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

Type in your query: "Subscription"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Manage my subscription" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.



You should be able to get a Support Agent on chat with you.

i followed the link and followed the steps, but it does not give me an option to claim the refund. i know he has not redeemed the code because it would not let him.

it just took me to a page of the things i have recently bought, but doesn't give me any options to refund the dlc.
