It has stopped showing me as Premium User

Several months ago I upgraded to the Premium Edition. It shows that I'm playing the Premium Edition and when it syncs the data I'm logged in with my User name and the Avatar. But a couple weeks ago, when I play in an event like the the one active today "World
Tour", it stopped showing me in the standings as a Premium User. Other premium features still work, like in the Daily Challanges it gives me the Premium User coins. The problem seems to be only with Events. How do I correct this?

I love how DICE/EA basically have us advertising their DLC for free.

Someone without Premium sees the stuff we get and they buy it because it looks cool when they see them in action.

New Guns === "Omg that guy has them. I totally want that! How do I get? DLC you say? Thanks Premium Member for showing me what I could get if I bought the DLC that you are showing me."

Premium status not working on Windows 10?

The same thing is happening to me! My new "Premium" status just stopped showing this morning and nothing I have done, including logging out and logging back in or uninstalling and re-installing the game has changed or helped the matter. It hasn't even been
a week yet and I am already seeing those oh-so-annoying ads. Please advise if anyone has a solution for this...mess.

 

After waiting for 6 days, on what I was told via phone support would take 24 to 48 hours, and not receiving a reply, I called again. Getting to speak to a person is very difficult and time consuming. It seems that after going through
all the menu options I always end up connected to the wrong department to get get help. I have been sent links to my smart phone, given phone numbers to call and received call backs. All have the same end result, a referral to another department or phone number.
Nobody will take ownership of my issue and help me get it resolved. When this year is up I will cancel my subscription. The Premium Edition was a luxury I afforded myself in my retirement. I guess I'll be going back to the standard edition that contains the ads and
turn my sound turned off. I'm truly disappointed with Microsoft's lack of concern to fix their problem. There are a couple of Premium features that did work that I'll live without.
