It has now been 1 year since my rewards points have deposited.

I will continue to post every month until this issue is resolved. 1 Year of reward points NOT depositing is an outrageous amount of time to wait. I know there are technical reasons why, I know it's a known issue, I know it's being worked on, I've heard
it for nearly a year now.

The truth is I no longer believe that. I believe that while it's known what's wrong no one has a clue how to fix it. This has soured me to the rewards program. Please do not give me the "form letter" response. You have my account, you know my email address,
please give me some reason why I should remain patient after a year of this issue.

Rewards still not being deposited.

it's been nearly a year now and my rewards are not being deposited into my account. Last time i posted was months ago and you credited my points manually. Has there been a solution to my problem or do i just need to keep requesting my rewards get deposited
manually?
