It has been ten days since my Gears 4 purchase. Still no codes for the previous Gears games.

It has been ten days since my Gears 4 purchase. Still no codes for the previous Gears games. Was told by XBOX support to contact Sales and Promotions if it takes longer than 10 days.

It's been 13 days since first time I played Gears of War 4 on Oct. 7 but still no code message

It's been 13 days since first time I played my Gears of War 4 ultimate edition bundle on Oct. 7 but still no code message for the previous gears collection. This is my second post already. How long should I wait to get the code???

 

Where are my gears collection codes

I purchased and redeemed gears of war 4 and was told I would receive codes for the previous gears games within a month. It has been a month since my redemption and no codes. This is very disappointing and should not take the time it is taking. This was an
incentive for me to purchase so I would like to receive my codes.

The wait time is up to a month

You will just have to wait your turn in the code waves

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.
