    So, I've been trying my hardest to get a call or speak via chat about the issue with my xbox. Today I find that there isn't even a call back or chat option. I guess this is goodbye.

    Thanks for the response... I have quoted it under my text. I haven't used the DE region based account for over a year and a half and rewards worked without problems on the austrian one. The automated payouts worked, there was never a problem determining
    where deposits go to. I can't shake the feeling that there's some stuff going on. Like waiting and ignoring the issue until Xbox Rewards have to be converted over to MS Rewards, so you don't have to do anything about this. But that's unacceptable.

    As I said: I want a solution, and I want it quick. Something like you people over there paying out what my points are worth and delete the points I have. I think there are possibilities to do something about it to resolve the issue not only to my liking, but
    to the liking of the other people having problems with the payouts. Or you edit your page to provide everyone a button to manually withdraw their points, even if they are over 5k points.

    Can't be that hard... And don't tell me the same things you did in the last posts, i already understood that,but i won't accept it to be done with such a standard customer service answer. I worked in CS myself and answers like "we are working on that" are
    not satisfying. I want you to escalate this case!

    It looks like this issue may have recently been cause by activity on your account where you used currency in another region from your Rewards region (DE). This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access
    the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your previous deposits were likely the work of this other team testing out
    possible solutions to the issue."

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience. We have forwarded your case to them, as you requested.

    4. Type in the virtual agent chat talk to a reprensentative.

    5. Hit enter.

    6 Again type in talk to a representative.

    7. Hit enter.

    It should then give you a choice to chat with a live person or have a live person give you a call back as long as there is a call center that is open in the country you are currently in. Not all countries have 24 hour call centers.

    You know what is really horrible...

    Make sure to keep trying to get in. I almost always don't get in the first time, but if I keep pressing A, I'm usually in by the 4th or 5th time. Ridiculous.
