It doesn't say i own the game

So basically I bought Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and it says i don't own the game. It took the money from my card and it doesn't show up in my purchase history. I want a refund but i've never refunded anything from xbox before so i have no idea how.

Edit: I forgot to mention that i bought it on xbox one

It's likely but like i said it took the money and didn't give me the game for some reason

Yes I did but it doesn't say I own that game, It says that I have the xbox one edition of the game only.

The game "Fortnite" doesn't show up in my games and apps nore ready to install it literally doesn't say on xbox one s that I own the game and it's trying to charge me again for something I already redeemed. But on the website for Microsoft under billing
it says that I own this product andI redeemed the code on xbox.
