    it doesn't detect that I have a game pass


    My father said he bought the ultimate game pass in his account, but when trying to download a game pass from the computer from my account he tells me that I don't have a game pass.

    something similar happened with the xbox but there was not so much problem since at the time of entering the part of the game pass I had the same thing, but it was enough to go to the xbox store and from there if I would download it.

    I overcome strange as if at the same time that I have the game pass I did not have it.

    Moga controller don`t work

    Hi I have a moga xp5x+ and Microsoft Xbox pass does not recognize it as connected in the app but my computer shows connected to moga so I am not able to play games on Microsoft Xbox pass since it's not detected . I am using wired as my controller doesn't even show up in Bluetooth menu at all.

    unfortunately that doesn't help either. I have borrowed my friend Xbox One Series X controller and same thing happened. The game Redfall does detects the controller but keep changing it to keyboard and mouse and can't use the controller it's just bad game port and again I have tried the game on Cloud Gaming the game detects the controller and functions right but when downloading the game it doesn't.

    I have downloaded the Xbox Accessories app but the controller doesn't show up and I'm using a PS4 controller. My steam and DS4 software does detects the controller and my other applications as well as such Gog, Uplay, Epic Launcher, Battle.Net, EA Play, and etc. I don't understand why when playing the game via Clould Gaming it does detects the controller but when downloading the game on the PC the gamepass doesn't detects the controller!
