It does not work well

I bet you're eager to get in there and start work on your world. If you haven't yet, I would definitely try the steps outlined in our

My two suggestions would be

1. Power Cycle your console.

2. Try deleting and redownloading the game and seeing if it works then.

Do you ever get any error messages when this happens? I would try either power cycling the console or reinstalling the game if this is still happening to you.

The Sham and Norfleet work really well together, as the Norfleet does ridiculous splash damage. It uses 3 ammo, but the Sham will absorb it as 4 ammo, so if it absorbs, you will essentially never run out of ammo. As was previously stated, having a Logan's
Gun for backup ammo filling is really nice too. The Norfleet can 1 hit pretty much any normal mob in the game if it is similar in level, so it's the go to launcher for running through and destroying things. That said, you can also use a Topneaa E-Tech launcher
for similar results. It is essentially a Norfleet with 1 shot instead of 3 and the added benefit of being a Vladoff, so it has a chance at reduced ammo cost. It is nowhere near as powerful, since it does less damage, but they are easier to obtain through
normal farming.

The Norfleet with The Sham is very good, you can shoot an enemy right up close and the explosion will add ammo back onto what you have just fired.

Also I'd recommend having Logan's Gun with you, fire that straight down get caught in the explosion and boom, free rocket launcher ammo!
