It does not let me switch from sky to Xbox. It has done perfectly fine for the past 2 years

I'm having the same problem. Everything was working perfectly fine for the past 2+ years and now all of a sudden it says I can connect to the internet, but not xbox live.

I have done this and I no longer have the original problem but instead it says I do not own the game. I can play the game on my Xbox perfectly fine but it does not let me on PC. I have Gamepass Ultimate.

5 switches in a year means on average a wait of 2 months before switching. Had you done the bulk of switches in a short period of time, or has it already been close to a year since your first switch. Granted looking for a 6th switch may be slightly annoying
if it can't be done, but are you not close from the first time you switched?

I did this for my friend because he wanted Sky and it does not cost me any extra on my Sky subscription, you can have a maximum of 2 xbox's registered to your Sky account.

Its up to you which 2 you put them on so if you trust your friend then go for it. I trust mine & he has not let me down.

And if you ever want to remove access just change the password for your Sky accounts log in.
