It does not allow me to login

Are you able to sign into the regular
Microsoft Account Site? Have you tried on a different browser or device? Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes.

I downloaded java onto my pc and ran the game once. I then tried to log in on questcraft again but when ever I click the Microsoft login it keeps showing me a code and does not allow me to log in.

Thank you for assisting me, first I do not receive any kind of message when I start my session, it simply restarts the page and does not allow me to access it, second and the probe in Internet Explorer and Firefox, third if I had problems when logging in
to other devices and in the fourth, as I said before, it does not allow me to login to PC or my mobile and I do not see any error message, it just restarts the page and when I want to access it again it does not allow it without sending me an error message.

No. It's not maintaining my login, nor is it allowing me to view the family center without a code verification each time, and I'm the parent account.

One time per day, or ever better, per week would be good, but this is persistent and does it every time.

I had this issue as well and found that closing the game entirely fixed it and allowed me to login.
