    It Appears You've Found a Glitch in the System


    Hey there, I haven't been having any errors on xbox live when accessing from my 360 however, whenever I sign in or try to access anything via the internet I am greeted with an "It Appears You've Found a Glitch in the System" this is the accompanying text:

    I tried to do some digging around and found that system glitches tend to have an issue regarding billing. As such, I went to commerce.microsoft.com to see if there were any unresolved purchases, and to my satisfaction there were none. I also checked my
    current payment method, which is active, and upon contacting my bank has plenty of funds left, so I am fairly lost as to what it could be. Perhaps I am off and this isn't a billing issue, but regardless I ask that you give me as much info as possible. Thanks
