    Hey mate, a lot of the time when you are getting that error on there is a billing issue with the account, which only phone support will be able to help you with.

    What may have happened is your payment method that you use for you gold subscription expired and there has been a lapse in payment. You can contact support here:

    Just saying, that doesn't with just billing. If I try to go pretty much anywhere on Xbox.com it just says that. I can't access any page that has anything to do with my account.
