    So whenever I want to access Privacy and Online Settings or My Account at Sign in to your Microsoft account i get the following message:

    Help, I recently turned 18 and tried to change the xbox account settings (it had a wrong birthdate and was 1 year late), this has recently become a problem because, now, all of a sudden, I'm asked to redefine my parent's account. So I changed the date,
    and now, I can't access Privacy and Online Settings or My Account. Furthermore, I've been prevented from accessing Xbox LIVE.

    Getting an error message trying to create a XBOX LIVE account. (Error inside)

    It also says that "It appears you've found a glitch in the system."
