    I'm trying to buy Tomb Raider: Anniversary and Tomb Raider: Legend (originally for Xbox 360) for my Xbox One. But every time I click on 'Buy Game' it shows me this:

    It also appears on my phone, and when trying on the Xbox One itself, it closes the tab straightaway.

    What can I do to fix this?

    be sure to double check your payment and billing information at
    http://account.microsoft.com


    if anything needs updating please update, after which you may need to sign out of the profile on the console and sign back in again. You can also try and make the purchase via xbox.com to see if that makes any difference.

    Side note: Keep in mind that to purchase 360 content from a device/location different then an actual 360 console it will require valid payment option to be available. Also keep in mind that the payment option, account and content need to be from the same
    country/region.

    Unfortunately, I have no access to an Xbox 360. I have been having this problem with the family settings on my account for a few weeks now. I connected my account with another one of my accounts via the family option, but it seems my account has been listed
    as a 'child' now. This has been frustrating for me as it has prevented me from playing some of my games. I hope there's another way for me to be able to buy these games, and otherwise I have bad luck.

    I've tried the solutions you've listed above and unfortunately none of them worked. My account has been setup in the same country as my payment option, so that shouldn't be a problem.

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear this is currently happening. I do want to let you know in case you're trying to purchase the game with your Microsoft account credit it won't allow it.
    You can't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

    As well Child and teen accounts are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace. Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue.
    To resolve this issue, purchase or download the content on an Xbox 360 console.
