    i keep getting this error when i log on via my laptop im also having issues sending fr requests

    I've been getting various issues with Xbox.com over the last few days. There was another thread about it over on the main XB1 forum so it's not just you mate.

    There's also a problem with viewing your friends list whether it's from the console or forums, hopefully it's back up soon.

    I've been getting various issues with Xbox.com over the last few days. There was another thread about it over on the main XB1 forum so it's not just you mate.

    There's also a problem with viewing your friends list whether it's from the console or forums, hopefully it's back up soon.

    Please head to the Commerce Website and check the "manage payment options" tab to update your info there. If that doesn't work, you will want to request a billing agent
    here.

    If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to
    http://xbox.com     - sign in there if you can - then go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold
